10% would be high. Including undiscovered cases, we had maybe 10% of the population infected in Germany over the last 12 months. The stop to investigate might last only a week and one could envision an interim recommendation to use AZ on over-70s only and switch under-70s to BNT.

Perhaps high, but certainly not unlikely. And sure, there are many things that they could've done rather than halting the rollout entirely which is a decision that I think we are both confused about!

For Norway stopping AZ permanently will cause a delay in first doses of 14 days, but we will be fully vaccinated faster because of shorter interval to second dose for the others And we get the same porpotion of different vaccines that the EU does
