I mean, I guess the lack of vaccination one is technically accurate. Lots of people DID die because they didn’t receive a vaccine which hadn’t been invented yet.
If we lived in a world with no inequality, perpetual youth, perfect health and where everyone was vaccinated against every disease in advance covid would indeed not be a problem.
