A better example is height, for which the answer would also be probably no. Height is influenced by genetics but at a population scale the biggest differences in height have come about due to nutrition and medicine
That's just an argument of absurdity. You literally cannot prove that you can drive to me if the possibility of a starting point does not exist - that is a logical fact

Starting point = where my car is. I mean (obviously) that I can show you I can drive, the destination I pick is irrelevant.

That’s the point. The destination is irrelevant as long as it’s connected to the road and the distance make sense. Same thing with breeding, the particular trait is irrelevant, as long as it’s somewhat heritable.
