Seems like NSW has gone from 38.9% of the total to 46.8%, while VIC has gone from 27.5% to 15.2%. Aside from QLD, which has stayed the same, all states have picked up the VIC slack, with NT going from 1% to 3% and WA from 10.7% to 13%
That's a different table to the one above and a different metric. The initial table went from 27% down to 15%

Using that metric, while Victoria has only decreased by 4% in absolute terms, NSW has nearly doubled their intake from 1/3 of arrivals to over half!
