Seems like NSW has gone from 38.9% of the total to 46.8%, while VIC has gone from 27.5% to 15.2%. Aside from QLD, which has stayed the same, all states have picked up the VIC slack, with NT going from 1% to 3% and WA from 10.7% to 13%

I think over the whole year NSW counted 7112 Queenslanders were in NSW quarantine (~600/month). That would align with the small decline seen in the variation
