Nowhere did I call for “mass-anal swabbing.”
Rather, I suggested it may have a role to play in improving research.

Fascinating how the ones that took the greatest umbrage were non-MD Med Sci academics. Clinicians have a better notion of what is acceptable to a Pt population. A blood draw in a two year is far more distressing than any surface swab.
