For some context, the Great Barrington Declaration and its authors have made numerous false and misleading statements for the entire pandemic Good to see social media giants taking actionpic.twitter.com/oPs9P1zHvK

According to someone who was at its signing, the Great Barrington Declaration's FB page was taken down by anti-vaxxers. Maybe its authors, who care so much about censorship in science, should channel its resources toward addressing this issue that undermines herd immunity. https://twitter.com/gbdeclaration/status/1358449223197466627 … pic.twitter.com/UUOUyN2Zee

Ironic indeed, given their tacit endorsement and support of anti-vaccine ideas

I am skeptical that this is the case though, there are hundreds of science pages that anti-vaxxers have targeted and they rarely get taken down. My guess is there's more to the story!

It is odd....why would FB take down a page simply for recommending vaccines.

Precisely. Also worth noting that every anti-vaxxer claims to be pro-vaccine

They tried to play both sides of the aisle. GBD was a favorite of anti vaxx because it promised control of the pandemic without vaccines.
