It’s hard to muster sympathy for the Great Barrington Declaration authors. They peddled misinformation that was used as an excuse for inaction by Trump & Johnson. They were advisers to an awful anti-vaxx website—the anti-vaxx nonsense was taken down, thx to advocacy by

Recently I compared the first 50 signatories to the first 50 of the John Snow Memorandum just for fun. Almost no signatory of the GBD published anything related to the pandemic. Also the h-index of the signatories is more than twice as low compared to the ones of the JSM.

Im pretty sure its not just coincidence and it will go on like this... Also every name of the 6900 signatories of the JSM is visible but the GBD only published around 400 from 13000. And I also found a person twice in the first 40 signatories...
