How so? The claim is that the difference is still there after 1 year. The results show this clearly if you ask me The transwomen outperform the female controls in all of the tests after 1 yearpic.twitter.com/oy9S8i9M0H

That sit ups graph is just wonky data. Prior to hormones, all trans persons outperform cis women? Seems odd.

Hmmm, I think it is interesting that pre-hormone therapy, the trans persons are do not have the same starting point as their cis counterparts. Why would a trans woman, pre hormone therapy, do almost 10 push-ups less than a man? Sounds like other unidentified variables.

As you point out: not correcting for weight is weird, especially for pushups and situps. They also didn't track training routine, which is crazy when the context is (professional) sports performance. And unfortunately they don't measure strength: how did deadlift max evolve?

Oh and they skipped people who dropped out? Without checking if that had anything to do with physical performance? And of the tiny group that was left, a huge chunk wasn't tested.pic.twitter.com/Wad2YVbIkp
