One big one for me was travel restrictions. I thought that they would not work, based on previous evidence - this turned out to be partially true (for the initial outbreak) but definitely wrong in the long term

It was frustrating to see the early anti-mask/face covering stuff though. It's one thing to say there isn't enough evidence but another to explicitly not recommend them or actively claim they don't work. The general approach to risk from some people seemed bad there.

Agreed. I think they did it to ensure PPE for medical workers. But they should have recommended cloth masks.

The science evolves therefore surely our thinking should too! Unfortunately this doesn’t appear to be the case in many quarters! Less hubris and more humility would be most welcome!
