...unless ppl are deficient. The ppl taking vit D prob overlap with ppl who perceive their health to be less than perfect. Isn't the real advice here, get checked for deficiency? Vit D made a huge dif to me, both in UK and--surprise--sunny Oz. Ppl care about their individ case.
