I haven’t been sick since remote work started. For the past few years prior I felt like I was always catching colds. Now I know why? (Could be coincidence I guess)

I feel like businesses are doing their staff a disservice by not auditing things like ventilation and developing workplace cultures that encourage you to take leave when ill. It doesn't help productivity to infect your whole workplace, even if it's just a cold.

And some people can suffer quite badly from a cold. Asthmatics and others with chronic illnesses or lowered immunity.
