What to you think of this? Medicine develops (mostly) continuous variables: BP, GFR, A1C... We spend far to much time and energy trying to manage them like they are dichotomous.

Sure: you need some data with an outcome and measurements of age and sex. Then you use logistic regression with a spline function for age and interaction with sex and then you make a nice little plot displaying the relationship between age and probability of outcome per sex
