And this sort of problem tends to be incredibly rare in terms of vaccines. I actually can't think off the top of my head of an example, although I'm sure they exist. Anyone?

Like what kind of chronic diseases? Auto-immune stuff?

I have a form of RA where attenuated vaccines are not OK (ex. shingles vax) b/c of immunosuppressants. But mRNA vax gives people like me a safer option b/c it's not based on the attenuated i.e. "weakened virus strain" model.
