Well here in UK, doctors from other specialty are pulled into covid work. I guess we don’t have a pandemic action plan as it normally should in every hospital contingency plan. I am an epidemiologist and since training this is my own second pandemic to go through.

The same plans exist here. But we don't want to get into a position where we have to activate them. Standards would have to drop (both nursing and medical) for all, not just the covid patients.
