I really love reading well-done systematic reviews, because everything just...flows. The pre-registration is exactly the same as the study. The studies themselves accord with their ratings. You don't need to comb through supplementaries for information - it's all just there!
Sounds interesting. It's really the only thing that works for me except I can't do NO carb or I eat everything in sight.

How long were the studies though? Which of the participants kept the weight off in the long term. Of course people stick to a diet when they are being studied, but which (low carb or low fat) is easiest for people to stick to when no one is watching?
