@GidMK I am involved with an LTC facility (long term care) that tests over 400+ residents/staff weekly using RT-PCR. Since April/May, they have been tested "more times than I can count", I have heard. Most have been negative every week, with a small % of pos+ thus far. 1/2 -
PoC antigen tests now also being used for symptomatic. These seem to work well thus far, but still always backed up by RT-PCR when pos+. Other PoC tests tried, some didn't fair well. RT-PCR always reliable to ferret out FP's. RT-PCR is sensitive, but does what is intended! 2/2
