Certainly, it's far lower risk than schools here in
#Ontario where classes as high as 30 congregate indoors all day long, and lower risk than the now open indoor dance classes, and all of the still opened houses of worship. Seems to me would have been much wiser to encourage -
safe measures for trick or treating while simultaneously hammering home message that house parties for Halloween are a horrible idea. Truly, one night with careful messaging and a brief respite for kids/parents/normalcy given hypocrisy of what else is open seems a no-brainer
