In Sweden, throughout the pandemic, the banning of gatherings over 50 persons has remained, even throughout the summer with low incidence. This is in contrast to Germany, where much larger gatherings were and still are allowed.

The rule on maximum 50 is still in place yes. The rule has some loopholes though. So public pools, zoos, restaurants etc have been able to let in more people Private parties, weddings, funerals etc are not affected either. There are of course guidelines there, but no rules
