After months of trying I have decided there is no such thing as an optimal ergonomic desk. It’s a unicorn. From now on the only people I will take desk ergonomics advice from is gamers

I read your write up on standing desks some time ago too! I used to want to be a an ergonomics designer. It’s a funny comparison but functional patient reported outcomes data is basically...the same thing.

Also I have a hard distinction between being comfortable talking like sitting with my legs up and a blanket (which I’m way more productive if I am) vs. what is actually good for you. The ergonomic stuff maybe is better in the long run for you (maybe not?) but if I do nothing idk
