i've discovered that I can get reheat or quick-pickle or fry all my leftovers, put throw them over rice, fry an egg and say it's bibimbap. no-one can stop me.
Well, it's advice I got from a Korean cooking teacher in Korea, so I'm going to keep believing it and making my own bibimbap with whatever Bonus - you can buy kimchee sauce at any Korean supermarket and it makes a brilliant instant pickle
