it does raise questions about their testing strategy. were they really testing everyday, and if so, what tests were they using? you’d expect some false negatives but it seems a bit unexpected for it to get this out of control since twice-a-week testing is the strategy for unis

Well, whatever testing frequency they *claim* can't be trusted, right? (Doesn't mean they weren't telling the truth, but how could we ever know?) That "testing for me, but not for thee" policy we assumed they were using might have been our own form of magical thinking.
