If he’d transferred powers to Pence under the terms of the 25th amendment, sure. But while he, personally, has absolute authority to order round the most potent military the world has ever known, just saying “no comment” doesn’t cut it. 1/2

I'm not sure that's true of the President, when it's not clear if he's well enough to make decisions and it's also not clear whether or under what circumstances he will turn or has turned the reins over to the Vice President.

Agree, I'd say I'm sure that it's *not* true of the president. He's skirted all protocols regarding intelligence and security--nevermind this all looks classic authoritarian.
