Basically: Children may be less likely to get COVID-19 than adults, BUT we don't know this for sure and we have no idea if this impacts their likelihood of transmitting the disease to others

Concern is this being used to deprioritise kids purely because UK TTI is broken (see article). Surely for safe schools we *improve* TTI & reduce community spread. Author states we should test kids less, & only when they have 'classic' symptoms. Isn't "less testing" at odds with part of their own conclusion?: "Monitoring of infection rates and contact-tracing studies within child care and school settings will also be important."
