It is frightening to see clinicians in low carb communities say that an LDL of 6.5 mmol/L (even in a situation with objective evidence of vascular disease) is not concerning b/c they are "keto." Carb restriction can be helpful in many situations but it can't make the earth flat.

Sorry, I did not get it. If there are 90 people at 50 years. They divide in tree groups of low, average and high TC (or LDL-C). 50 years from now, there are 0 people live in the low group, one people in de average group, and 3 in the high group. How can this be S.bias?
