7,8, and 9 are the strongest arguments to me. Making the distinction between intersex and transgender athletes will certainly assuage some of the fairness arguments being made. Some of the earlier points are a bit circuitous for my taste. Point 10 is batshit crazy haha.

Yes, I definitely agree re transgender and intersex being separated. They are two different issues. The debate does become muddied between ethical and physical issues, and the two are often disingenuously mixed.
