That is not what the CDC are saying. They say 6% of deaths are in people who have NO health conditions (aka the fit and healthy). 94% had raised blood pressure, asthma, diabetes or obesity, but could have lived a long and productive live until COVID killed them.
Virtually none. In fact, influenza is almost never explicitly coded, most flu deaths are inferred from ICD-10 codes of pneumonia. If we go only by those with confirmed influenza, I believe there are around ~2,000 fatalities a year in the US
