N.B. The population, not infection, fatality rate in NYC is 0.28%. The measured IFR in NYC, Bergamo, Sweden, UK, etc. are all in the 1% range. If Iceland's IFR is indeed 0.3% then it is a significant outlier, not a benchmark.
