Suicides are more impulsive acts rather than something that takes that much planning. Preparing that much usually means it won’t happen.

You say that part so matter of factly. People who are suicidal still do everything in their power to not kill themselves. The means are at home. Believe me. Victoria’s numbers haven’t gone up because people are more prepared to deal with the lockdown second time round.
