The funny thing about this is that there's basically no evidence any of this will actually improve your health per se, so it's a LOT of money spent for essentially no reasonhttps://twitter.com/drmarkhyman/status/1296930168318164992 …

I fail to see the difference in nutritional value between organic and not. I see clearly the different price tag.
Also, what is “ grass fed yogurt“?!
Is he feeding grass to the bacteria?!
Hey he advocated pasture raised eggs....all those eggs out in the range...grazing freely.
Loving also the “pasture raised eggs”!! I wonder if they like grass

If they actually read what they write...
Hens do eat grass, dandelion leaves etc. They are omnivores and they love their leafy greens.
Well, berries and oily fish are tasty.
Furthermore, it is not sustainable from the environmental point of view!
Fail. Hummus is a bit weird and very expensive? MM of people make it at home weekly for pennies. Eggs from my sister's chickens running around the yard, orange yolks, v. expensive and unnecessary?? Stick to the CFR/IFR stuff.
I will note, though, that some of the items do support local agriculture (Pasture-fed meats and chickens, locally sourced dairy.) So, you know, you can help the health of your local economy while consuming tasty foods! But yes: the health value isn't radically different.
My criteria are animal welfare and sustainability, but anyone claiming organic is healthier is talking nonsense.
