Organic, wild-caught, etc. I presume is the bit thdre's no evidence for. That's also the bit that makes the food very expensive.

Actually, it’s not what you eat that makes you healthy, it’s what you don’t eat. Since I totally eliminated processed foods including sugar, vegetable oils, and grains, I’ve lost nearly 100lbs, normalized blood pressure, liver (old guy) spots gone. It happened without evidence.
