I’m on it!
I, too, am prepared to do my bit for science.
Also worth noting no sign of the funder of this research in the paper. But I do note the lead author is currently advertising a PhD opportunity that is funded by Bundaberg Rumhttps://www.cqu.edu.au/cquninews/stories/research-category/2020-research/scholarship-opportunity-set-to-elevate-rum-fermentation-process …
I would hazard a guess that the Australian Journal of Grape and Wine Research sees its share of industry funding!
Drink 30 bottles of red per day? That sounds like a pretty decent COVID19 challenge & I accept.

In my classes, I use this as an example of possible confounding variables: health benefits of drinking wine may have more to do with the higher-income characteristics of those who drink it. It's buried in here:https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2276147/ …
So if the wine industry sponsors a study of the effect of cheap vs expensive wine on a health measure.....
As a french, i can't recommend young red wine. As for the 30 bottles,I am not sure yet...
