I like it! One small suggestion - if you're going for a broader audience, try and aim for a year 8 level of science. For example, using the common names of diseases is pretty simple and cleans up the language considerably

Part of the issue is, I think, how complex the subject is. But a phrase like "Crossreactivity (probably better called heterologous immunity in this context) refers to the ability to respond to multiple antigens by the ability to recognize a single epitope" is pretty complex!

That'd be a nightmare to explain to my 14yo cousin! Even though you've explained antigens and epitopes, could simplify i.e. "crossreactivity is when a t cell can respond to lots of different diseases using a single epitope"
