Enough back & forth childishness about Sweden. The real issue is not about "no lockdown", it's about understanding what precisely is being done (no, its not herd immunity) that's preventing the flare ups being seen elsewhere? Luck or some formula? Specifics.

I think it's a complex answer, but basically a combination of immunity (they've had ~10% infections), ongoing restrictions (which are tighter than Aus now!), and changed behaviour generally in the country

What % do areas in Spain or Japan etc etc have that are seeing resurgences?

Japan very low. Spain varies from 5-12% but they relaxed their distancing whereas Sweden has kept the rules consistent

So Sweden is susceptible to the same level of spread at any time? Which may in fact have started now. They've been lucky so far due to holidays?

I think it's hard to predict. As with many places, if the behaviour that has led to reduced spread relaxes ( which may be seasonal and context specific), the virus comes back

Relaxes from "Swedes are mostly going about there normal life" restriction levels? As you said, it's complex

I don't think that's actually the case, despite the picture painted by the Aussie right wing. The swedes I know say it's been pretty tightly restrictive and really had major impacts on life
