Prospective RCT are ideal, so how about we initiate one in Australia? Of all protocols this shows promise besides exotic mAbs. The main drivers for cohort studies thus far have been treating doctors; hard to get a prospective study up and running. Some are happening now.

The article points out negative anecdotes such as injected IVM, which is unsafe. Any drug can be mishandled. There are positive anecdotes not mentioned in the article, if these are discounted so must the former. The way forward is a proper study done in a trusted institution.
