Describe your feelings when you send around a manuscript to the full set of authors for the first time and you get back a response from someone who only edits their affiliation?

Joy. The quickest way to get manuscripts back from people who don't have any actual changes to make is to get their affiliations wrong on purpose

People often contribute a lot to the work but don't have much to add to the writing. In that case, I'd rather they simply corrected their affiliations rather than picking through and deleting all the Oxford commas or something similar
