Describe your feelings when you send around a manuscript to the full set of authors for the first time and you get back a response from someone who only edits their affiliation?

People often contribute a lot to the work but don't have much to add to the writing. In that case, I'd rather they simply corrected their affiliations rather than picking through and deleting all the Oxford commas or something similar

This. Negotiating drafts between people can take a long time. Meaningful corrections are of course necessary. Helpful additions to the intro/discussion & grammar checks are welcome, but people shouldn't feel they have to make a change just to look like they are doing something.
