Oddly enough, I think sushi is much more rarely linked to outbreaks of foodborne disease than the above, although I could be wrong @MCBazacoPhD

Sushi when made properly can be safe. There are outbreaks and I’d avoid if you have a compromised immune system or are pregnant, etc. Comparing pure OB numbers is tough without considering how often certain foods are consumed.

That being said, personally I don’t eat raw oysters, drink raw milk, or eat raw sprouts under any circumstances.
