Wow, this is factually so wrong! Neither are they saying "no control", nor does the virus do that. In most of no-lockdown-countries, it actually was pretty mild. Pandemics peak naturally way earlier. which pandemic ever hit "most people"? We have pre-existing immunity. IFR sinks.

National lockdown is a symptom of screwing up so much that you had no idea where the big majority of cases were. China & Korea had huge outbreaks and never had national lockdowns.
