What’s your response/explanation to why cases are going down in Europe now, even after reopening? Where does the 60% infection rate required for herd immunity come from? (Not disagreeing but trying to educate myself)

Well, some European nations are now experiencing resurgences after reopening (i.e. Spain), but broadly the idea is that the more people immune to reinfection the lower the Reff
