I worked as a consultant and most interestingly, I noted why the MBTI was used. It didn't provide ANY info, but it worked as a conversation starter and sorting tool. As a coach, you could use examples of the type and people would seeing examples, starting a convo. 1/2

2/2: The convo was valuable and it really didn't matter what the test said, because just starting that convo and thinking about people was sufficient. The other use was "Do we want someone with low scores on XYZ in accounting?" and it made HR life easier.
