There is absolutely no reason people in public housing lockdown should not be allowed out for exercise whenever and as often as they want. Why am I trusted with that freedom in my lockdown hotspot suburb but they are not. There is no justification for that. None.

Are you really comparing a ship in a body of water to people and families living in their homes? Of course large public tower housing blocks are a high infection risk but what about high rises in hotspot suburbs? Plenty of similar buildings. Cruise ships similar but not the same.

I'm also not sure cruise ships are a good model for equitable public health policy. It has been easy to ignore the plight of people on these ships, held as they are out of sight, but that makes our treatment of them no less problematic
