If a product makes 'low risk claims', it can be approved as 'Listed' (marked Aust L) by TGA. Don't need to prove jack shit. Sell

Nothing is entirely harmless. What is this easy path? Look at what happened with the FDA. They tried this (demand evidence) and the political blowback saw them lose control of all regulation. I do not want to see a repeat here in Australia.
