It is an industry choice in that the alternative is to go out of business. If you want to ban these products then just be upfront about it. If people want to spend their money on harmless products of no value this should be their choice.

They are sold with the promise of efficacy, and none of them are entirely harmless. And that's simply nonsense - there's an easy path to continuing business, these products are worth billions
