Butter: not NOT healthy. Would pick every time over transfat & palm oil substitutes. Coconut oil - never looked into it. I eat coconut in piña coladas every few years. I like peanut oil. No idea what the

Omega 6 - I try to take it & should try harder Saturated fat - I don't worry about it if it's from normal food. Salt - I haven't had salt for so long it's crazy. My taste receptors are on hair trigger Peanut oil cooks hotter than some oil maybe olive oil? 2/N

70% cocoa dark chocolate is a super food. Yummy, less sugar than most other chocolate. It's just not a "superfood".
