Sadly, this trial is far from being conclusive, 50% took proph on day 3-4, online study with median age 40, 25% of treatment group non-adherent, PCR + in only 3% others symptom+, 10% lost f-up, at first glance...

I don't think any of those points is particularly problematic. 10% LTF is pretty low (~20% avg), non-adherency is common and widespread in the real world, median age is very reasonable, and the PCR+ vs symptoms is to be expected
