The principle is correct, but in practice, since the prevalence of COVID-19 is likely higher than 0.1% in most severely affected European countries, it seems that retesting people who resulted positive to an antibody test would mitigate the issue. Even with a 4% prevalence, 1/2
the ppv would rise to 80% or something like that. Still not rock-hard evidence, but much better now!
