If you're looking for a realistic minimum population infection-fatality rate for COVID-19, I reckon Slovenia is fairly solid: ~64,000 infected, 107 deaths, ~0.17% IFR
They made a huge deal out of reopening - it is politically beneficial to have a low death rate in the country. I've also been informed that in the country the government is being very cagey with journalists who ask about the numbers

Thanks for the response, yes I'd seen they made announcements about opening (although largely invisible here in UK). I suppose it's the political driver to demonstrate country open again. NB my interest in Slovenia in particular is only based on my numerous holiday visits there!
