If you're looking for a realistic minimum population infection-fatality rate for COVID-19, I reckon Slovenia is fairly solid: ~64,000 infected, 107 deaths, ~0.17% IFR

Most cases in Slovenia are women? Doesn't that go against the hospital data in every other country that show that men are far more affected than women?

Not most - it's about 55% female/male according to Statista (although to be fair, I have not verified these statistics)
