This is in a rich country, with good healthcare facilities. The majority of cases have been in women, and the median age is pretty average In other words, best case scenario

Now, this isn't accounting for right-censoring - some people will probably still die in the country due to the disease - but even so, I think at this point that it's unlikely you'd see a lower IFR than Slovenia

I'm also slightly suspicious of the figures - seems like there's a strong political incentive for Slovenia to have a lower IFR - but again that is part of the idea of a reasonable minimum

Most cases in Slovenia are women? Doesn't that go against the hospital data in every other country that show that men are far more affected than women?
-
Not most - it's about 55% female/male according to Statista (although to be fair, I have not verified these statistics)

Singapore holding steady at ~0.08% CFR. With very asymmetric testing of pop: Numbers amongst foreign worker dorms (29k+ /0 deaths) closer to a census but unstable due to recency of testing, where other pop (1.6k+/23 deaths) more strict testing, but longer obs time.
-
It seems we may never understand why some places were hit so hard and other places were mercifully spared. I mean 23 deaths in the whole country is less than half of some nursing homes here.

64,000 seems a lot. They have 1468 infected according to JHU

They've conducted this study in Slovenia, presumably that's the source of the figure:https://www.gov.si/en/news/2020-05-06-first-study-carried-out-on-herd-immunity-of-the-population-in-the-whole-territory-of-slovenia/ …
